The Problem With Slaughtering’s and the uncircumcised heart

-by Yʿanah Kathath

Many people believe that animal slaughtering’s to Yahuah will never be seen again when His kingdom is re-established in the earth―after He gathers His people back into the land. Many believe that these slaughtering’s were just a shadow of things to come. Little do they know, there is more to this than meets the eye. Yahuah searches our hearts for righteousness. He will always press into His chosen ones for His right-ruling found in the Turah of straightness. He refuses to change (Ex 3:15, Ps 102:25, Mal 3:5-6). We are the ones who stray from the Law of His Reign, and need to change by learning of His Ways. This law, the Turah, which came out of His mouth from His dwelling place in the heavens, is a mark of straightness and right-ruling on His people (Hos 14:9).

sign, signal, a distinguishing mark, banner, remembrance

For Yahuah says,

Dabarym/Deut 6:8 and shall bind them (all the Words of the Turah), as a mark/אות on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes…” (Ex 13:16)

The mark of Yahuah, is the mark of His Word or Law. He tells us to bind the commands as a mark or signal; a sign on our hand, and then they will be as frontlets between our eyes. This is talking about the doing; doing all the words of this Law by the works of your hands with eyes to see, and ears to hear―to obey and achieve right-ruling. You cannot see right-ruling (have right-ruling working in your behavior), if they are not bound as a mark/works in the activities of your hands and thoughts. This Law is what gives the heart sight to see right-ruling. “…they shall be as frontlets between your eyes…

Without this Law, there is no rule of justice! Stuffing scripture verses in a little box and wrapping the box around your forehead and hand, like the Jews do in Israel, will not get the command into your heart any more than putting your school books under your pillow and expecting the information to seep into your brain as you sleep. Yahuah said in the command, to “Lay up these Words of Mine in your heart and in your being. When you bind them as a sign or mark in the works of your hands, then, they shall be as a guide between your eyes. They will become a light for you to see!”

This light reveals the crooked places in your behavior. The crooked places are made straight, when obedience to the command rules the being. You now have eyes to see and ears to hear because you are obedient to the command.

Dabarym/Deut 11:18-21 ‘And you shall lay up these Words of Mine in your heart and in your being, and shall bind them as a mark/אות on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.

The only way to bind them on your hand is to do them. The only way for them to be as frontlets between your eyes (that which anchors your thoughts or decisions and gives you discernment), is to learn of them and do them. That is why Yahuah said to lay them up; store them up in your heart and in your being (Deut 30:14, Jer 31:33, Ps 119:10-11). There is no other way.

And you shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up, and shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates, so that your days and the days of your children are increased on the soil of which Yahuah/יהוה swore to your fathers to give them, as the days of the heavens on the earth. (Wow!)

This Law is a mark. If the Law is rejected, then the curses in Deut 28 will be your mark.

Dabarym/Deut 28:46 “And they (the curses), shall be upon you for a mark/אות and for a wonder, and on your seed, forever.

One way or another, this Law marks His people by circumcision.

The only way this mark can be in His people, is for their hearts to be circumcised to it. How is that done? The only way to love Yahuah is to obey Him in all the Words He spoke. When you no longer need instruction in loving your enemy, being kind to the stranger, loving Yahuah, and loving your neighbor or brother, doing all the words of the book of the Turah, circumcision has taken place. We need instruction in these matters.  We need to know the difference between the clean and unclean. We need instruction in keeping the weekly Shabath. We need instruction in learning how to keep the feast days as they are written, so we will know how to follow the Word of Yahuah regarding the feast days now, and to know how to perform them as they are written when we get into the land. We are not fully educated yet! We still need this law. Everyone in the earth has yet to know Yahuah and all His right-rulings. There is no single human being on earth that knows fully, how to rule with right-ruling yet.

The following are indicators that suggest we still need this law today, and are foretelling’s that have not come to pass yet.

This foretelling in Jer 31:33-36, suggests we still need this law:

no longer shall they teach, each one his neighbor, and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know Yahuah/יהוה,’ for they shall all know Me…”

This foretelling in Isa 2:3, suggests we still need this law:

And many peoples shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Yahuah/יהוה, to the House of the Alahym of Yaqob, and let Him teach us His ways, and let us walk in His paths, for out of Tsyun comes forth the Turah, and the Word of Yahuah/יהוה from Yarushalam.”

This foretelling in Isa 42:1-4, suggests we still need this law:

“He does not become weak or crushed, until He has established right-ruling in the earth. And the coast-lands wait for His Turah.”

This foretelling in Isa 51:4, suggests we still need this law:

“Listen to Me, My people, and give ear to Me, My nation, for the Turah goes forth from Me, and My right-ruling I set as a light to peoples.

This foretelling in Ezek 36:24-28, suggests we still need this law:

And I shall cause you to walk in My laws and guard My right-rulings and shall do them. “And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers. And you shall be My people, and I shall be your Alahym.”

This foretelling in Ezek 37:16-25, suggests we still need this law:

And they shall all have one shepherd and walk in My right-rulings and guard My laws, and shall do them…”

The Law is a Mark

Circumcision of the heart is a mark of His covenant, just as the circumcision of the flesh is a mark of His covenant. When His law is obeyed, the heart can hear―or is circumcised. This is why Yahuah said,

Yachazaq ͑al/Ezek 44:9 ‘Thus said the Master Yahuah/יהוה, No son of a foreigner, uncircumcised in heart or uncircumcised in flesh, comes into My set-apart place, even any son of a foreigner who is among the children of Yashar ͑al.

YaramYahu/Jer 4:4 “Circumcise yourselves unto Yahuah/יהוה, and take away the foreskins of your hearts, you men of Yahudah and inhabitants of Yarushalam, lest My wrath come forth like fire and burn, with none to quench it, because of the evil of your deeds.”

Dabarym/Deut 10:16 “And you (children of Yasharal), shall circumcise the foreskin of your heart, and harden your neck no more.

YaramYahu/Jer 9:26 “Egypt, and Yahudah, and Adum, and the children of Aman, and Mu ͑ab, and all those trimmed on the edges, who dwell in the wilderness. For all the gentiles are uncircumcised, and all the house of Yashar ͑al are uncircumcised in heart!”

YaramYahu/Jer 6:10 To whom shall I speak and give warning, so that they hear? Their ear is uncircumcised, and they are unable to listen. See, the word of Yahuah/יהוה is a reproach to them, they do not delight in it.

YaramYahu/Jer 9:25 “See, the days are coming,” declares Yahuah/יהוה, “when I shall punish all circumcised with the uncircumcised –

YaramYahu/Jer 5:3 O Yahuah/יהוה, are Your eyes not on truth? You have smitten them, but they have not grieved. You have consumed them, but they have refused to receive instruction. They made their faces harder than rock, they refused to turn back…”

(Turn back to what?)

The problem with understanding the Law, is that not only while circumcision of the flesh is required, it does us no good if our heart is not circumcised to these right rulings as well. We are instructed to love Yahuah with all our being.

Husha/Hos 14:9 Who is wise and understands these words, discerning and knows them? For the ways of Yahuah/יהוה are straight, and the righteous walk in them, but the transgressors stumble in them. (Isa 1:28)

 rebel, revolt, to be against

fall, stagger, bring to ruin, injury

This entry in Hos 14:9 is telling us that those who are against the ways of Yahuah, which are His Laws and Right-Rulings, will bring ruin or injury to themselves. Transgressors ruin themselves. What is the surest way to injure yourself? To work in the dark! In Deut 28:15-68, Yahuah warns the Tribes that if they do not obey, He will curse them. Look at verse 29.

Dabarym/Deut 28:29 And you shall be groping at noon, as a blind man gropes in darkness, and not prosper in your ways. And you shall be only oppressed and plundered all the days, with no one to save you…”

What I find curious about the list of these curses, found in Deut 28, is that there is something particularly significant weaved within this list. If you can’t see it, I will map it out for you.

  • Deut 28:15 “And it shall be, if you do not obey the voice of Yahuah/יהוה your Alahym, to guard to do all His commands and His laws which I command you today…”
  • Deut 28:20 because of the evil of your doings by which you have forsaken Me.
  • Deut 28:45 “because you did not obey the voice of Yahuah/יהוה your Alahym, to guard His commands and His laws which He commanded you.
  • Deut 28:46-47 “And they shall be upon you for a sign and for a wonder, and on your seed, forever. Because you did not serve Yahuah/יהוה your Alahym with joy and gladness of heart for all the plenty…”
  • Deut 28:58 “If you do not guard to do all the Words of this Turah that are written in this book, to fear this esteemed and awesome Name, Yahuah/יהוה your Alahym…”
  • Deut 28:62 because you did not obey the voice of Yahuah/יהוה your Alahym...”

Darkness is a condition that captures the mind when the laws that come from the reign of the heavens are rejected. Do we get any rewards for stumbling around in the dark?

Prov 2:13 Those who leave the paths of straightness to walk in the ways of darkness;

Prov 4:19 The way of the wrong is like darkness; they do not know at what they stumble.

Isa 59:9 Therefore right-ruling has been far from us, and righteousness does not reach us. We look for light, but there is darkness; for brightness, but we walk in thick darkness!

Tahalym/Ps 119:104-106 From Your Orders I get understanding. Therefore I have hated every false way. Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. I have sworn, and I confirm, to guard Your righteous right-rulings.

Tahalym/Ps 119:130 The opening up of Your Words gives light, giving understanding to the simple.

The King was required to read his copy of the Turah daily (Deut 17:14-20); to know how to govern with right-ruling. The King writes in his song, The opening up of Your Words gives light…”

The writer of Mashly also calls the Turah a light.

Mashly/Prov 6:23 “For the command is a lamp, and the Turah a light, and reproofs of discipline a way of life…”

YashaYahu saw Turah as a light also.

YashaYahu/Isa 8:20 To the Turah and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

The message is to not reject this Law. If you do, you will transgress this Law, and cause great harm to yourself. If you find yourself in this dark place, you can find forgiveness in Yahuah, and draw near to Him by learning of His Ways. These Ways are found in the Turah. This Turah is what is called, “light” by many of His servants who saw life and peace in doing it. It became frontlets between their eyes. This only happens when you obey the commands. Circumcision of the heart and flesh is necessary. Both are required. This controversy needs to be untangled and looked at from Yahuah՚s perspective. This circumcision of the heart is supposed to be weaved throughout all the commands within this Law.

When looking at what is said in the Turah and the Nabya/prophets about slaughtering’s, we can get a better understanding of what Yahuah was talking about in reference to circumcision.

Yahuah said,

Amus/Amos 5:22 “Though you offer Me burnt offerings and your grain offerings, I do not accept them, nor do I look on your fattened peace offerings. (Amus 5:21)

Wait a minute! He looked at Habal՚s/Abels offering in the account of Genesis chapter four! Are we missing something? Just so you know, Yahuah does not look upon evil for pleasure or acceptance. Keep this in mind as you continue to view these passages.

Mashly/Prov 21:3 To do righteousness and right-ruling is more acceptable to Yahuah/יהוה than a slaughtering.

Shamu ͑al Alaph/1Sam 15:22 Then Shamu ͑al said, “Does Yahuah/יהוה delight in burnt offerings and slaughterings, as in obeying the voice of Yahuah/יהוה? Look, to obey is better than an offering, to heed is better than the fat of rams.

Many people believe that these passages are suggesting that slaughtering’s are not and never was what Yahuah wants or accepts at all. Some believe it would be considered a sin to do so. There is only one way a slaughtering to Yahuah becomes a sin. This is what I want to address here. Make note of the word, look. Let me dig up what happened in the beginning:

B-r ͑ashyth/Gen 4:3 And it came to be, in the course of time, that Qyn/Qayin brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to Yahuah/יהוה. And Habal also brought of the first-born of his flock and of their fat. And Yahuah/יהוה looked to Habal and his offering, but He did not look to Qyn and his offering. And Qyn was very wroth, and his face fell.

Now, why did Yahuah except Habas offering of the first-born of his flock, but not the offering that was of the fruit of the ground from Qyn? What is going on here? Well, if you read down further, you will see. In addition, they knew how to do this to please Yahuah when offering in this way. There was no sin in this until…

B-r ͑ashyth/Gen 4:6-8 And Yahuah/יהוה said to Qyn, “Why are you wroth? And why is your face fallen? “If you do well (if I am pleased with you), is there not acceptance (will you be lifted up)? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should master it.” And Qyn told (talked with) Habal his brother. And it came to be when they were in the field, that Qyn rose up against Habal his brother and killed him.

So, what’s the scoop? Yahuah said, “If you do well, is there not acceptance? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should master it.” Yahuah knew his heart. This guy had a beef with his brother and it was growing. Yahuah saw his offering as something disgusting because his heart was showing in the offering. He was angry with his brother about something that he could not let go of. In this case, Yahuah found no fault with Qyn’s brother.

It was clear that Qyn spoke with his brother about this after Yahuah brought this to his attention. Apparently, Qyn did not master the hate that Yahuah told him to master, because it came to be that he murdered his brother who became so irksome to him. The command, “…you should master it…” could be translated, “you shall have dominion.” Yahuah commanded this guy to have dominion over those murderous thoughts he had against his brother. Had there been evidence of provoking on the part of Habal, Yahuah would not have accepted his offering either. You cannot give a gift to Yahuah and expect Him to receive it from a twisted heart. It was a right or straight heart of Qyn that was desirable―not the offering in and of itself. His brother’s heart was right. That’s why his offering was looked upon. Offerings continued before and after the Law was given.

Nach was a righteous man, so of course his offerings would be accepted.

B-r ͑ashyth/Gen 8:20 And Nach/Noaḥ built a slaughter place to Yahuah/יהוה, and took of every clean beast and of every clean bird, and offered burnt offerings on the slaughter place.

Just a little side note, Nach knew the difference between the clean and unclean. When any man seeks this Mighty One, Yahuah, he will always be taught and learn the same right-rulings by this Mighty One. Solely because these Laws come from the same Reign out of the heavens, whether before or after the Law was given. Likewise, Abraham knew of Yahuah՚s right-rulings just as Qyn and Habal knew of them from Adam. However, not everyone keeps them.

B-r ͑ashyth/Gen 18:17-19 And Yahuah/יהוה said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am doing, since Abraham is certainly going to become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be favored in him? “For I have known him, so that he commands his children and his household after him, to guard the way of Yahuah/יהוה, to do righteousness and right-ruling, so that Yahuah/יהוה brings to Abraham what He has spoken to him.”

B-r ͑ashyth/Gen 46:1 And Yashar ͑al set out with all that he had, and came to Ba ͑arah Shaba, and brought offerings to the Alahym of his father Yatschaq. (2Chr 7:1-7)

Ayub was perfect/mature in his heart before Yahuah, so of course his offerings would be accepted or looked upon.

Ayub/Job 1:5 And it came to be, when the days of feasting had gone round, that Ayub would send and set them apart, and he would rise early in the morning and offer burnt offerings – the number of them all – for Ayub said, “It might be that my sons have sinned and cursed Alahym in their hearts.” This Ayub always did.

King Duyd says one thing about offerings and then, turns around and says another! What?

Tahalym/Ps 20:3 He does remember all your offerings, and does accept your burnt offering!

Tahalym/Ps 40:6-8 Slaughtering and meal offering You did not desire; You have opened my ears; Burnt offering and sin offering You did not ask for. Then I said, “See, I have come; in the scroll of the Book it is written for me. I have delighted to do Your Will, my Alahym. Your Turah is within my heart.”

When Duyd said, “…You have opened my ears…” He was saying, “I get it! Now I know! You will not receive gifts from one whose heart is doing wickedness. Your Will, Your Turah, must be within my heart!” Remember, this guy committed adultery and murdered a man to hide a woman’s pregnancy he committed adultery with. How was his offerings going to be accepted with this in his heart? He confesses the revelation he got in verses 7 and 8. If he despised or hid from any of the Laws of Yahuah he was commanded to love, how could Yahuah accept a gift from him knowing there was no peace between him and Yahuah՚s Word? Similarly, in the following passages, YaramYahu records the Word of Yahuah to the daughter of Tsyun, His people. Because they did not have a heart for His Turah, He refused their slaughtering’s! Just as King Duyd/David understood it.

YaramYahu/Jer 6:10 To whom shall I speak and give warning, so that they hear? See, their ear is uncircumcised, and they are unable to listen. See, the word of Yahuah/יהוה is a reproach to them, they do not delight in it.

YaramYahu/Jer 6:19-20 Hear, O earth! See, I am bringing evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not listened to My words, nor My Turah – and they rejected it. “What need have I of frankincense from Shaba, and sweet cane from a distant land? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable, and your slaughtering’s have not been sweet to Me.”

This is where it get really interesting for me…

YaramYahu/Jer 6:19-20 Hear, O earth! See, I am bringing evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not listened to My words, nor My Turah – and they rejected it.

Yahuah is getting the attention of all inhabitants of the earth, by bringing curses of Deut 28 on His people, just as He said He would if they rejected His Turah. By breaking, crushing, and afflicting His own chosen ones, His servant He calls His son (Ex 4:22) Yasharal, the gentiles can see and hear the wrath of Yahuah demonstrated on an entire nation. Hear, O earth! See, I am bringing evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not listened to My words, nor My Turah – and they rejected it.

This clears up a whole bunch of misunderstandings doesn’t it? Yahuah hates it when anyone tries to give Him an offering or a gift of any kind while their heart is full of abominations that are against His instructions. He will see the offering itself as an abomination because He can see their behavior; the secrets of their heart. If you think you can present yourself before Yahuah in such a way as to give Him a gift of any kind with a corrupt heart, think again. You most certainly will get your face slapped. Yahuah pulls no punches about this. Check it out:

Mashly/Prov 21:3 To do righteousness and right-ruling is more acceptable to Yahuah/יהוה than a slaughtering.

Mashly/Prov 15:8 The slaughtering of the wrong ones is an abomination to Yahuah/יהוה, but the prayer of the straight is His delight.

You can give an abominable offering to Yahuah in ignorance. The offering will be an evil act in the eyes of Yahuah if your heart is twisted against His Laws. You must know Him and His ways! Otherwise, you will be cutting your own throat!

Qahalath/Eccl 5:1 Guard your steps when you go to the House of Alahym. And draw near to listen rather than to give the slaughtering of fools, for they do not know that they do evil.

Mashly/Prov 28:9 He who turns away his ear from hearing the Turah, even his prayer is an abomination.

Clearly, in this passage below, offering Yahuah a gift with a crooked heart is no different than slaughtering a pig, or offering a human on the slaughter place of Yahuah, and so on and so forth. As previously stated, it is an abomination! The outward appearance becomes of no value when the heart is found to be against Yahuah՚s commands through disobedience. Yahuah takes no bribes and takes no gifts, causing you to think you may have permission to continue in your crooked ways (Deut 10:17, 2Chron 19:7). If you think He has given you permission, you deceive yourself. It is your own evil heart that has become your teacher. Rejecting the Turah, is no different than committing all these abominations listed in Isa 66:3.

YashaYahu/Isa 66:3 “But whoever slaughters the bull slays a man; whoever slaughters the lamb breaks a dog’s neck; whoever brings a grain offering – pig’s blood; whoever burns incense blesses an idol. Indeed, they have chosen their own ways, and their being delights in their abominations.

Yahuah has given this Word or teaching consistently throughout the scriptures. He told us what condition our heart needs to be in for Him to accept any slaughtering―even from the gentile! This also reveals the heart’s condition when He accepts offerings.

YashaYahu/Isa 56:6-8 “Also the sons of the foreigner who join themselves to Yahuah/יהוה, to serve Him, and to love the Name of Yahuah/יהוה, to be His servants, all who guard the Shabath, and not profane it, and hold fast to My covenant them I shall bring to My set-apart mountain, and let them rejoice in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their slaughtering’s are accepted on My slaughter place…”

Criteria of Accepted offerings:

  • He who joins himself to Yahuah
  • Serves Him
  • Loves the Name of Yahuah
  • Guard the Shabath, and not profane it
  • Holds strong to His covenant

The following, should give even more understanding on why Yahuah rejects offerings.

Mal ͑aky/Mal 2:9-13 “And I also, I shall make you despised and low before all the people, because you are not guarding My ways, and are showing partiality in the Turah.” Have we not all one Father? Did not one Mighty One create us? Why do we act treacherously against one another, to profane the covenant of the fathers? Yahudah has acted treacherously, and an abomination has been done in Yashar ͑al and in Yarushalam, for Yahudah has profaned what is set-apart to Yahuah/יהוה – which He had loved – and has married the daughter of a foreign mighty one. Let Yahuah/יהוה cut off from the tents of Y ͑aqob the man who does this – stirring up or answering, and bringing an offering to Yahuah/יהוה of hosts! And this you have done a second time: you cover the slaughter place of Yahuah/יהוה with tears, with weeping and crying, because He no longer regards the offering, nor receives it with pleasure from your hands.

He no longer regards the offering, because they are not guarding His ways and are showing partiality in the Turah, as well as taking foreign women as their wives. Remember, the foreigner is one who is foreign to the Laws of Yahuah. These foreign women will turn their husband’s hearts away from Turah as Yahuah forewarned them. (Ex 34:16, Deut 7:3-4, Josh 23:12, Neh 10:30, 13:25, 1Kgs 16:31, 2Chron 21:11, Judg 3:6)

Foreign women who have given their hearts over to the covenant of Yahuah are those who are acceptable to have as wives. They were choosing women who refused the covenant of Yahuah; who were clearly serving a different mighty one that gave different instructions, and had a different way of life. This caused the men, who took them as a wife, to learn of the mighty one of that woman. Consequently, this would cause him to keep the instructions of other mighty ones as well as, calling on a different name while confessing Yahuah. The men are now whoring with other mighty ones who are not mighty in the eyes of Yahuah (Exod 34:14-15).

Giving offerings to Yahuah at this point, is not acceptable.

Let Yahuah/יהוה cut off from the tents of Y ͑aqob the man who does this – stirring up or answering, and bringing an offering to Yahuah/יהוה of hosts!

This means, let not anyone encourage this behavior any longer, let not anyone be convinced to continue in this behavior any longer, nor bring an offering to Yahuah while this behavior is evident. Otherwise, He will see it as an abomination! If an abomination is evident among the people, Yahuah will then begin pouring out His wrath.

U yaqra/Lev 19:5 ‘And when you bring a peace offering to Yahuah/יהוה, bring it for your acceptance.

pleasure, delight, favor, goodwill, acceptance, will, desire, self-will

To bring a peace offering to Yahuah/יהוה, for our acceptance, is to bring it prepared on His terms―according to His rules. We have just read in the books of the Nabya, over and over again, how He would not accept any offering of any kind on their terms. He hated their slaughtering’s. We must learn of His ways first. Then, we can begin to offer slaughtering’s to our Savior.

That more than covers the whole nine yards doesn’t it? Giving a peace offering, or any slaughtering for that matter, to Yahuah, gives the indication that your heart is at peace with Him―without transgression or rebellion against His instructions given to Mashah/Moses. To be at peace with Him requires you to be at peace with His Law. His Law is what makes up the criteria of this covenant. If you are not at peace with any one of His Laws, then how on earth can He receive your peace offering? We must be at peace with His Law in order for us to not be in opposition to Him. His desire is to walk among us. But He cannot walk among those who hate him, scoffing at His Laws, or they would be destroyed. It is out of mercy He turns away from us when we are in this abominable condition. He takes no pleasure in destroying the wrong. He just wants us to repent. (Ezek 18:23)

In the same way, we wear fringes and tassels on our garments. For what purpose? For a remembrance to keep His commands (Num 15:37-40, Deut 22:12). What is the point of wearing the tassel if you are not doing His commands and right-rulings?

Furthermore, we are commanded not to wear a garment of mixed threads (Lev 19:19, Deut 22:11). Such as, cotton and polyester mix, wool and cotton mix, rayon and linen mix, and so on and so forth. The men are also commanded not to mar the corners of their beards for the dead (Lev 19:27, 21:5). What is the point of wearing a full beard at a funeral and wearing tassels on a set-apart garment if your heart is clothed in a garment of cruelty? You cannot hide what is in your heart from Yahuah regardless of the outward appearance. You must guard all His commands. Including the circumcision of the heart, which is love for the command. You can’t have one without the other. I guarantee that your hate for whatever command is annoying you will most certainly show in due time. The garment you wear on your heart is what the set-apart non-mixed garment signifies. It represents obedience to Yahuah՚s ways―not our own. This heart is one that is a clean heart of good works without mixing it with works of darkness. It is no different than the circumcision of the flesh always having been a physical sign or mark, that the heart has love for all Yahuah՚s right rulings. Circumcision of the flesh hurts like crazy. If this is true about the flesh, which is certainly the case, what on earth makes you think doing the same to your heart or intellect or mind, will not cause agonizing pain as well? Let the agony begin. This is where freedom from transgression resides.
